What TV Licence needs

Published response time

TV Licence say to expect a reply within 7-14 working days.

Good to know

Death cert NOT required; transfer or refund

Before you change any payments

Cancel inside the account rather than stopping the payment at the bank. Blocking the payment alone can leave the subscription open and in arrears.

Don't want to do this alone?

Notifying companies one by one takes weeks. Alenity can notify TV Licence and all the others for you, drafting the messages, sending them, and handling the replies.
