Full refund within 30 days, on request. Ask within 30 days of paying and we refund the whole amount.

Done for you, £199

Full refund until we send the first notification. Nothing is sent until you approve the drafts, so you can change your mind at any point before then and we refund the whole amount. Once the first notification has gone out on your behalf, the fee is not refundable.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually the same day. It can take a few working days to appear on your statement.
