Probate Preparation, £49
For standalone purchases: Full refund on request until you first add or change anything in the full pack. Once you have used the full pack, the fee is not refundable.
Alenity Companion, £29 (no longer sold)
For earlier purchases: Full refund within 30 days, on request. Ask within 30 days of paying.
Done for you, £199
Full refund until we send the first notification. Nothing is sent until you approve the drafts, so you can change your mind at any point before then and we refund the whole amount. Once the first notification has gone out on your behalf, the fee is not refundable.
Includes Probate Preparation when probate is needed, at no extra cost. The Done for you refund promise covers this included pack too, even if you have started using it. A refund removes included pack access, not saved information or a separately purchased £49 pack.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few working days. It can take a few working days to appear on your statement.
