What Disney+ needs
Published response time
Disney+ say to expect a reply within 1-7 working days.
Good to know
No dedicated bereavement process; cancel via login or contact Account & Billing; check Apple/Google billing route
Before you change any payments
Cancel inside the account rather than stopping the payment at the bank. Blocking the payment alone can leave the subscription open and in arrears.
Don't want to do this alone?
Notifying companies one by one takes weeks. Alenity can notify Disney+ and all the others for you, drafting the messages, sending them, and handling the replies.
