Alenity was born from the part of grief no one prepares you for.

When my sister Lauren died, I expected the sadness, the shock, and the impossible weight of losing her.

What I didn't expect was the admin.

The phone calls. The forms. The chasing. The uncertainty. The same painful explanation, over and over again: my sister has died.

Everything was spread across different organisations, inboxes, letters, systems and people. Nothing joined up. Nothing remembered the context. And somehow, while grieving, I had to hold the whole process together.

That is why I started Alenity.

Alenity gives families personalised AI support after a death. It helps organise the admin, remember the details, draft messages, track replies, chase organisations, coordinate family members and take action where it safely can.

Not just guidance. Actual help getting things done.

I'm Naomi Jackson, founder of Alenity. My background is in building and scaling technology products across complex financial, legal and operational workflows. After Lauren died, I saw how badly that thinking was needed here.

Alenity is the product I wish had existed then: one place to hold the context, manage the back-and-forth, and help carry the admin.
