TV broadband mobile; return equipment
Before you change any payments
Don't cancel the direct debit before you notify them. Broadband and mobile accounts are usually closed or transferred as part of the bereavement process, and cancelling early can cut off a service someone in the household still uses.
Don't want to do this alone?
Notifying companies one by one takes weeks. Alenity can notify Sky and all the others for you, drafting the messages, sending them, and handling the replies.
