What ScottishPower needs

A copy of the death certificate is only occasionally requested. Refunds over 600 pounds need photo ID.

Good to know

Final bill from actual readings

Before you change any payments

Don't cancel the direct debit before you notify them. Suppliers normally take a final reading and settle the account themselves, and cancelling early can leave the energy or water supply unbilled and in arrears.

Don't want to do this alone?

Notifying companies one by one takes weeks. Alenity can notify ScottishPower and all the others for you, drafting the messages, sending them, and handling the replies.
