Open the EE bereavement form

EE does not publish a bereavement phone number. This form goes to their bereavement team.

Have Alenity do all of it, £199

We write, send and chase every notification, including EE, until each one is closed. Nothing for you to do in between.

Full refund until we send the first notification. Refund on request.

There is more than one organisation to tell

Most people have around 25 things to work through. We can put them in order for your situation. Usually a couple of minutes, free.

Good to know

Online form only; separate routes for mobile, broadband, or both

Before you change any payments

Don't cancel the direct debit before you notify them. Broadband and mobile accounts are usually closed or transferred as part of the bereavement process, and cancelling early can cut off a service someone in the household still uses.

Don't want to do this alone?

Notifying companies one by one takes weeks. Alenity can notify EE and all the others for you, drafting the messages, sending them, and handling the replies.
