What E.ON Next needs

Nothing is needed to notify and you do not need to be the executor. Scans of the death certificate or grant of probate are optional; formal documents are only needed for credit refunds over 300 pounds. They get back to you within a few days.

Before you change any payments

Don't cancel the direct debit before you notify them. Suppliers normally take a final reading and settle the account themselves, and cancelling early can leave the energy or water supply unbilled and in arrears.

Don't want to do this alone?

Notifying companies one by one takes weeks. Alenity can notify E.ON Next and all the others for you, drafting the messages, sending them, and handling the replies.
