Notifications: We notify every organisation in the estate. There's no limit on how many.
Documents: We send the documents you upload, such as the death certificate, grant of probate and ID. We fill in each organisation's bereavement forms ready for you to sign.
Replies: Replies come into one inbox. We read them and tell you in plain English what each one means and what happens next.
Chasing: We follow up at set intervals until each organisation confirms the account is closed or resolved. There's no time limit.
